Sealed cases: we'll do our best to fulfil sealed case orders, but customs inspection is sometimes out of our control — a case may be opened and resealed with DHL tape. Please don't order a sealed case if you're not comfortable with this possibility.
Deposit: payment collected now is a 10% deposit, not the full amount. This isn't an interest-free loan — it's a commitment fee to prevent last-minute cancellations. When someone reserves an item and later backs out, other interested buyers lose their chance at it. The deposit helps make sure the item is genuinely reserved for someone ready to follow through.
Allocation: preorders stop once allocation is filled — get your order and deposit in early.
Self-collection: available Monday to Saturday, 12.30pm–3pm, at WCEGA Tower #04-75. Please let us know before heading down so we can make sure someone's around.
Delivery: tracked mailing (1–2 business days) is available for an extra $3.50, or Lalamove same-day delivery at prevailing rates. We're not responsible for any lost parcels.
